


Refrigeratied truck body
New type FRP was used as outer skin of roof, wall and door. The
panel used for the van was constructed in type of sandwich. The
middle layer of the sandwich is a kind of new type fluorine-free
polyurethane foam/Extruded Polystyrene foam. The sandwich panel is
fixed to the steel frame with high strength adhesive and screws.
The thermal insulation layer is 75-150mm thick, which offers a very
good thermal insulation performance. The van body is tight and
solid with a very high mechanical strength, smooth and nice
appearance, anti-corrosion, shock-proof, standing wear and easy to
be washed.
The van is built in a full close structure. All panels are adhered
with high strength structural adhesive to achieve the most reliable
conjunction, sealing and insulation properties. This structure is
also easy and fast to be assembled.
The door panel is produced by a high accuracy process with imported
sealing rubber to keep good airtight and thermal insulation. The
inside and outside of the van are decorated with special aluminum
alloy profiles or stainless steel edge, aluminum angle, FRP corner,
and galvanized hinge. There are protection guardrails in both sides
and end of the van. Various lights are installed as well. The whole
body is beautiful, harmony, strong, liable and durable.

floor panel to ensure the loading capacity, strong and wearing
resistant as well as easy to load or unload.
(2) The van can be designed according to customers requirement to
select material and design the structure as well as to install
refrigerators.
(3) Interior compartments can be made to meet the different
requirement of temperature in the same van.
Main properties;
·Light in weight: 30-40% lighter than domestic traditional
products.
·Thermal insulation properties: The coefficient of heat
conductivity of fiberglass reinforced plastics face panel is about
0.20W/M².K, the coefficient of heat conductivity of hard
polyurethane foam is 0.018-0.028W/M².K, and the K #118alue of
overall coefficient of heat transference can be below 0.3W/M².K.
·Surface properties: Surface of fiberglass reinforced plastics
panel possesses very high tensile strength, bending strength and
impact ductility. It also possesses excellent chemical stability
against rainwater, acid and alkali with low PH #118alue. Therefore,
its surface is very smooth, unfading, anti-ultraviolet radiation
and easy clearance. Particularly, it is suitable to be used for
various carriage advertisements.
·Impermeability properties: Both sides of FRP panel possess
excellent water impermeability and water resistance.
·Fire retardant performance: It conforms to the national standard
B1 level.
·Service life: 4-6 times longer than domestic traditional
products.·Easy maintainability: There is no trace on the panel
after repair, which is more competitive than steel and aluminum
panels.
·Environmental protection properties: There is no volatile and
corrodible substance on surface of fiberglass reinforced plastics.
And the panels are sandwiched with polyester foam plastic without
fluorine. It is green environmental protection product.
